2010 WICKED LITERATURE: A HALLOWEEN THEATRE FESTIVAL - PLAY READING SERIES

Each year, Wicked Lit produces a number of FREE play readings at locations all across Southern California.
These readings are script in hand performances (the actors’ lines are not memorized) that are presented at music stands with minimal props and costumes.
Attendees of play readings are asked to imagine the sets and full design of each play as they hear the dialogue and stage directions read aloud.

If you have never attended a staged reading before – please check one out!
They are lots of fun and an ideal way to introduce yourself to Wicked Lit and to the new play process. Wicked Lit playwrights often attend these events and are always
more than happy to talk to patrons (especially aspiring writers!) about how our plays are written and how the festival works.
